Mr. Ellerin has been proud to practice Marital and Family law exclusively since being admitted to the bar in 2004. He has tried cases involving all major and minor issues of Marital and Family law including complex divorce cases, high asset divorce cases, complex contested time-sharing (formerly known as custody) disputes, relocation cases, alimony disputes, complex distribution of asset and liability cases, contempt cases, Department of Revenue actions, Modifications of Time-sharing (custody), Modification of Alimony, Modification of Child Support, and virtually all other areas of Marital and Family law. In addition, Mr. Ellerin handles the appeals of all such matters.

Prior to starting his own practice in 2007, Mr. Ellerin worked for a prominent family law firm in Jacksonville. His success in Marital and Family law began back in law school when he received an award for receiving the highest grade in the class for Family law. This led to an internship in the field of Marital and Family law and the beginning of his career in this field and a passion and interest continues today.

While the firm has experienced tremendous growth through the years, one thing that will never change is the firm’s motto: Reasonable, Aggressive Representation. Mr. Ellerin is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Family Law Inns of Court. Mr. Ellerin received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.
