Sheen's Negative Drug Test May Help during Child Custody Proceedings

Some good news finally came for Charlie Sheen this week when the actor learned that his drug test came back negative.
The drug test was part of the child custody agreement that he has been attempting to hammer out with ex-wife Brooke Mueller. She was also asked to take a drug test as per the conditions of their March 11 settlement. This means that Sheen will now be allowed to visit with his twin sons, 2-year-old Max and Bob. However, a monitor must be present at all times.
Back on March 1 Bob and Max were removed from Sheen's care when Mueller was granted a temporary restraining order against him. Now that the restraining order has expired Mueller told the press that she does not intend to pursue a permanent restraining order against Sheen.
